Estate Administration

I had to administer the estates of a three-member family who all passed within a short time. I had used the Cosner Law Firm a number of years ago and went to it to help again. The firm, as a whole, did a very good job. The attorney assigned to work with me was outstanding in every sense. It took... 2 years to settle all the estates. Without Anne Marie’s help and guidance, along with that of her assistant, Lisa, I could never have reached the end. Anne Marie guided me through three probates, property sale, multiple heirs, family complications and inheritance and tax laws. It would have been an endless task with their help. I can’t say enough good things about the firm. I highly recommend them.

Extremely satisfied!

Staci was very impressive from my first initial consultation with her. She spent a great deal of time explaining the Elder Care Systems, as filing a Medicaid application is very complicated and time consuming. Staci was extremely professional, thorough and provided excellent legal advice and sugg...estions. She responded quickly to any questions, exchanges of information and documents, and always kept me informed throughout the lengthy Medicaid application, which resulted in my mother being eligible to receive Medicaid sooner than we expected. My experience with Staci was very satisfying, and I would not hesitate to hire her again if the need ever arises. Enlistment of a professional is money very well spent, and I highly recommend Staci to anyone with Elder-Law related questions and issues.

Elder Medicaid Perfection

Staci and her staff helped our family through what seemed an impossible situation. We started with an extraordinarily messy Medicaid situation with my dad. We tried to handle the matter ourselves until we hit a frightening dead end. We consulted with our attorney, several actually, but they were a...ll reluctant to take on a case of this complexity. Our attorney did however refer us to Staci, and I'm so glad that he did. His exact words were, "You need a big gun, and Staci's the biggest gun around." Staci knew exactly how to approach this case, and with her staff she executed her plan expeditiously, relentlessly, and flawlessly. With Staci and her team I was confident from the start. They were seemingly always available; at all hours. Whether it was answering my endless questions, appearing in court, or executing documents they were always right there. Their commitment and dedication to my case was plainly evident. They were incredibly effective and amazingly compassionate throughout. I'm quite impressed; in awe even. Unfortunately before everything could be concluded it turned into an estate/Medicaid case, and shortly after that an estate/estate/Medicaid case. Despite all that Staci's team pivoted seamlessly at each turn navigating these trying times and unraveling this knot of legal threads. In the end my resolution has far far exceeded my most optimistic expectations. Staci is perfect at what she does! The saying goes, "You get what you pay for."
