Extremely satisfied!

Staci was very impressive from my first initial consultation with her. She spent a great deal of time explaining the Elder Care Systems, as filing a Medicaid application is very complicated and time consuming. Staci was extremely professional, thorough and provided excellent legal advice and sugg...estions. She responded quickly to any questions, exchanges of information and documents, and always kept me informed throughout the lengthy Medicaid application, which resulted in my mother being eligible to receive Medicaid sooner than we expected. My experience with Staci was very satisfying, and I would not hesitate to hire her again if the need ever arises. Enlistment of a professional is money very well spent, and I highly recommend Staci to anyone with Elder-Law related questions and issues.

Staci A. Cosner and her team are very knowledgeable and well organized. She and her assistants keep in very close contact with you throughout the entire service provided. Explaining any questions that might arise without pause. Also taking care of any concerns or issues that may arise. We enjoy... being her client, and truly recommend hiring her.

Good at Estate Law

Attorney Staci Cosner prepared my will and Health Directive, She did a good job. She is knowledgeable in this field. I like the fact that her office answers the phone promptly and they return calls. Another plus is that she charged me a reasonable fee.

Incompetent

I took her for a divorce case which I paid her 10,000.00 until I finally had no choice but to let her go for her incompetency. She told me I would get this and get that by filing a motion against my husband. She had her paralegal do all the work for her. She repeatedly asked me for documents and info...rmation she already had in her possession. She did not know all the facts of my case nor the law. In the end, she worsened my case and I was denied just about everything she stated I should have received.

I am sorry that you feel this way. I did my best in representing you in your divorce matter. Our firm always staffs a partner and an attorney associate on our heavily litigated cases. A paralegal did not work on your case. I have been an attorney for 20 years and am very familiar with divorce law. Divorce is very emotional and can be very difficult for people.
