Kira Treyvus

I found Treyvus&Konoski on the Internet, their Firm aggread to represent my SSD Claim. I never spoke to an attorney after their acceptance letter. I made numerous attempts through their reception desk to schedule a time to illustrate the medical history , work time lines, and evidence. I was alway...s told “ a case manager will call you back” (They never did). I began to receive additional requests from the SSA and again contacted Treyvus&Konoski to ask “ when is this case manager suppose to contact me , I am receiving more letters from SSA?”. Then a month prior to a hearing date I receive a letter stating “ we tried to contact you and you didn’t answer us “ ( this is in my opinion a lie ) because I’m a disabled Veteran of the US and I receive no communication from them as promised by their receptionist). Further they stated “ that they no longer will represent my claim”( which in my opinion is completely in line with their prior efforts). I further questions their marketing practices, misleading information, as I am now forced to scramble and further delay this earned benifts hearing etl.

Kira Treyvus never called me and I contacted the office several times. After over a year and a hearing date, she dropped my case 3 days before the hearing via phone call from secretary. When I called to find out why the secretary said there was no reason and didn't put me on contact with Treyvus. Unr...eliable and unlawful judges don't let attorney's drop cases so close to a court date. Very unprofessional.
