Ed was very kind to me and understanding in getting me through a difficult and stressful situation. After speaking with him I knew right away I found the right lawyer to help me. After calling a different attorney that hung up on me when asked a few questions about my case a called Mr. Bryak, he was very patient listening and explaining every question a had for him, I also called him a few times and if he wasn't able to answer, always called me back. Had a horrible time with this lawyer had to argue with him and force him to work on deals with the prosecutor always looked a mess during court appearances on our last court appearance we almost got thrown out because he didn't even wear a tie I felt nervous the entire time I used him I actually had ...to get rid of his understudy lawyer because I feel as though he was not in touch with my case picked him up as my primary lawyer he did just as bad feel very uncomfortable with trying to fight my case with him so I had to plead out and take a deal he really didn't want to fight the case he really wanted me to take a deal because he didn't feel confident enough to fight my case. I feel as though I would have done better defending myself or going in with a public defender instead of using him I do not refer him to anyone that is trying to fight a case or is looking to get a case thrown out. He's not a fighter he rather see his clients take deals...

I was starting a new a job and had all of these old tickets hanging over my head from three different courts in total 7 parking tickets, 1 driving while suspended and 1 failure to provide a license. I had warrants in all three towns and needed it fixed fast. I googled how to handle the situation and ...wound up seeking advice. Mr. Bryak responded to me and we spoke on the phone.
