I would give 0 star if it's an option. Yuexin Li doesn't really wanna help the buyer and protect his client's interest. Instead, he would push or even threaten the buyer to sign the paperwork even though her request was not satisfied. The lawyer was particularly rude to women. He got frustrated when ...I didn't follow his advice, and he literally sent personal emails insulting my work and career. I have worked with many agents and lawyers. This one is the worst ever.

I used this lawyer for a closing based on a reference. What a mistake! He hired a closing company to do the paper work. But he did not properly review the information regarding the closing. He missed an assessment on the property close to 10K. After I bought the place, I had to pay it off. I asked th...e property management company if they had disclosed this information. They showed me an email sent to the lawyer clearly stating there is an assessment. If I hire a lawyer to help with the closing, he should be responsible for sharing this information so I'm not blindsided by it. To this day, he still denies that he missed the information and blames the closing company which he hired. For your sake, please don't use this careless and trust-less kind of lawyer!
