I'm a first time buyer and was referred to Nestor by a friend. After my first conversation it was apparent why he was recommended to me. Nestor is extremely professional and knowledgeable when it comes to contracts and purchasing a home. He also provided me sound advice on items within the disclos...ures and addenda.
