Mr. Nebab, Jr., has represented myself and family members on several occasions. It has been a remarkable experience each time. He thoroughly explained my options and the impact bankruptcy would have on my future. I was kept well informed during the process and was able to speak with him regularl...y. He also handled the sale of my home. This was not an easy process for him, as it was a short sale. Though this was a difficult time for myself and my family, Mr. Nebab made the legal end easy. He acquired all the necessary paperwork needed and directed me through out the transaction. If your looking for an attorney who truly has your best interests at heart, you just found him.

I have bought and sold several properties over the years and had some less than ideal experiences with the attorneys involved on those transactions. When it came time for my most recent purchase Mr. Nebab was referred to me from someone I trust regarding these matters. I could not have been happier... with my experience. I was purchasing a home that was anything but a cookie cutter real estate transaction and needed someone that would be able to guide me through the process. I should also say that I am not the easiest person to deal with. My work schedule is extremely demanding and my availability is very limited. Mr. Nebab worked with my agent and the seller's attorney to sort everything out, keeping me involved every step of the way. We closed on time and were able to get into the home as planned. I cannot thank Mr. Nabab enough and will continue to recommend his services to anyone buying or selling real estate. Real state transactions can be very stressful. It is crucial to have the right people working with you. Mr. Nebab is the best attorney I've worked with.

John was extremely thorough, always quick to respond, and went above and beyond to advocate for us as his clients, specifically with outstanding inspection items. He always called to walk me through the more confusing parts of the process and made sure we stuck to our initial timeline even though we... were out of the country twice during the process, including once during attorney review. I would absolutely recommend him as an attorney; he is capable, willing, honest, and flexible.

I would never recommend this arrorney. He was rude, insulting and unprofessional. He refused to advocate on my behalf because he said that I would not listen to his advice. I listened to his advice and quickly realized I had hired the wrong attorney. Since I was made to pay half of his fee and si...gn a contract with him, I felt that instead of losing my money by firing him I would simply ride it out to closing and see how it goes. I am sorry that I took the advice of my realtor and hired this man. I can say enough of how frustrating it has been dealing with him. This person suggested that I "kill" the deal because he felt that he did not need me. I guess he meant my money, but he sure did take it and now I am stuck with him!!
