Lisa E. Halpern

Lisa Halpern is the founder of the firm. In 1984, Ms. Halpern graduated from Emory University with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology. Ms. Halpern then attended Suffolk University Law School in Boston Massachusetts, where she graduated with her Juris Doctorate. After law school, Ms. Halpern clerked for the Honorable Alexander D. Lehrer, J.S.C. of the Monmouth County Superior Court of New Jersey. Ms. Halpern has been a solo practitioner in Toms River, New Jersey founding the firm in 1990. Ms. Halpern’s practice primarily handles issues involving family law, mediation, personal injury and municipal matters. Ms. Halpern is a certified Family and Civil mediator as well as a certified arbitrator. Ms. Halpern also volunteers as an Early Settlement Panelist in Ocean County and an Intensive Settlement Panelist in Monmouth County. Ms. Halpern is a member of the Ocean County Bar Association family law committee, New Jersey Business Association and is a Master member of the Jersey Shore Inns of Court. Ms. Halpern is a member of the New Jersey State Bar and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. As of 1992 Ms. Halpern has served as the Secretary of the Ocean County Fee Arbitration Committee. Ms. Halpern has two beautiful children and three lovable crazy dogs.
