Charles Randolph Mathis IV

Charles “Chase” R. Mathis IV, Esq. is a Partner with Rosenberg, Kirby, Stankowitz, Richardson and Mathis and began with the Firm in 2025. Mr. Mathis has sharpened his skills as an attorney since joining the legal field in 2007 and has developed a well-rounded knowledge of the law throughout his career working at highly acclaimed national and local law firms. Since 2018, Mr. Mathis has concentrated his practice on assisting injured individuals in obtaining the justice and compensation they deserve.

Throughout his career, Mr. Mathis has secured significant results for his clients. For example, he worked to obtain $1.125 million for pharmacy negligence, $1.0 million for a driver in an auto accident, $1.1 million for a family injured in a two car crash, and $780,000 for a woman injured in three auto accidents. In 2024 alone, Mr. Mathis recovered nearly $10 million dollars for his clients. Apart from representing injured parties, Mr. Mathis has extensive experience representing policyholders who have been denied insurance proceeds for property and flood claims and has secured more than $30 million for these policyholders.

Mr. Mathis earned his J.D. in 2013 from Widener University School of Law in Wilmington, Delaware where he obtained a specialized legal certificate from the Taishoff Advocacy, Technology and Public service Institute in Trial Advocacy, was on the Dean’s List, and provided pro bono services to veterans. In 2006, he graduated with a B.A., cum laude, from Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

For five consecutive years, 2019 through 2023, Mr. Mathis has been selected to the New Jersey Rising Stars list by Super Lawyers, a peer-nominated rating service.

Mr. Mathis is admitted to the bars of New Jersey and Pennsylvania as well as the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and the United States District Court for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania.

When not pouring over legal texts or arguing for his clients’ rights in the courtroom, Mr. Mathis enjoys spending his days with his wife, two daughters, and the family’s dog.
