When we were battling with our lender, Bank of America, over a final judgement in foreclosure that was entered against us, two law firms we met with said once final judgement is entered there is little that can be done. For a large retainer, they would look into the matter, but held out very little h...ope. Then, after one visit to the Law Offices of Eugene Roth, we knew we met the right firm. For a reasonable fee, the “little-can-be-done-about-it” final judgement was vacated and we lived to fight another day.

Mr.Roth came up with an acceptable plan, He and his friendly and talented staff guided me faithfully to the end of the Bankruptcy proce...ss. I'm very Lucky to have met him!! Now I am Debt Free!

I paid in full approximately three years or over for bankruptcy - since then m;y husband passed away - I was advised we should no longer go for bankruptcy (which over a year later was still not filed) and should go for a Harp modification on my mortgage. Since that time, no communication from his of...fice has been accurate. No phone calls are returned - mis-information has been given to me by his "paralegals". They lie about this to him and he stands by them. Now, three years later I am told I need to file for bankruptcy - which is where we were at three years ago - no mention of the modification. Am meeting with a now hostile office on Tuesday - since I made the huge mistake of paying him in full in advance, I feel at his mercy. Huge mistake - do not retain this office under any circumstances.

This is the most unorganized office that loses papers you send, does not respond to calls, misses deadlines and files extensions for everything. They missed a deadline for a sheriff sale and my house was sold! then they went to court and reversed it because they got the paper to the court at 1:55 fo...r a 2:00 hearing. I received the worst advise from this firm and ended up changing lawyers in the middle of my case just to get out of this mess of a lawyer DO NOT GO HERE
