Look No Further - She's who you need for any employment issues.

I found Mrs. Kalson by calling the BAR Association in my area due to being let go while on Family Leave for a surgery and I wasn't sure if I should sign what they gave me. She is amazing and ended up getting me 5x more than the severance package. Then I was denied unemployment after being in the hosp...ital and let go at another job and once again she came through and I was awarded my unemployment plus the back pay. While going over the case she saw another problem and got me a decent amount of money in a settlement. Found money actually since I had no idea there was even a problem. She is absolutely wonderful as a person and an attorney. She is very laid back and treats you with the same respect she is given from you. If someone would have told me several years ago that I would need an attorney, then need her again a few years later I wouldn't have believed it but she always comes through and is also very honest about what chances you have. If you are fired or leave your job for any reason you should NEVER sign anything for severance or anything else until you have an attorney look at your situation and she is without a doubt the one to go to. Finding her was one of the best things that happened to me and I have learned so much about employment laws as well. So give her a chance. I promise you won't regret it.

Successful wrongful termination suit

Ms. Kalson listened well during the initial interview. She thoroughly understood my case. She set aside personal time to meet with me to accommodate my schedule. She saw me through two years of legal battle on a wrongful termination suit. This included having to travel long distances for two mediatio...ns and a lengthy deposition. She was consistently polite but forceful in dealing with the opposing attorney. She kept me well informed on the progress of the case. Ms. Kalson succeeded in negotiating a very satisfactory settlement for me. I highly recommend her to any one who needs legal assistance.
