I recently utilized Ben’s assistance regarding a legal matter and found him to be extremely helpful. He very patiently responded to my many emails and phone calls. No matter how busy he was, he always made himself available to respond to my queries and to research the issues at hand.
When I was first faced with the issue, I was very distressed and at a complete loss as to how to proceed. Although I asked many others for advice, no one else was able to guide me as to the appropriate action to take. As soon as I spoke to Ben, he was able to immediately size up the issue and advise me in the right direction. With his unique combination of professionalism and personable manner, Ben is an excellent person to turn to for assistance in legal matters. I highly recommend his services.

Ben has such a wide range of experienceand expertise which I found very helpful. Often, one area of the law can lead to another and what started out as a contract issue, can involve labor law and securities issues as well. Ben is so knowedgable that I found him to be a one stop solution for my legal questions. His competence and intelligence are apparent from the get go.

Ben is an all around super guy & my favorite attorney. He will guide you through twists & turns of legal labyrinths with as much ease and finesse as a professional slalom skier running the gates.
Ben is an ideal team member when negotiating tricky term sheets, setting up ESOP programs, or handling VC discussions.
He projects the same comfort level when dealing with the most intricate legal & corporate issues as running an angel funding presentation.
You can't go wrong with Ben on your team.
