I had a slew of problems that I hired Rob to help me with. He is so nice and very easy to talk to. Initially he took the time to go over everything with me and explain exactly what he was going to do.....9 months later I'm harassing him once a week to finalize paperwork for me. Because of lack of com...munication, I missed many deadlines and resulted in extra costs and fees which I was promised my case would be settled way before that would become an issue. I would not hire Rob for any important time-sensitive matters, however if it is an issue that can be handled over time, hes a great guy to talk to, just double check his facts.
