Rob assisted us with a complicated home sale. His representation and follow through were fantastic! He went out of his way to contact us during the weekends when we were in transit and at times we were out of the state. He pulled out all the stops when we discovered only 2 days before closing that... our first mortgage ( as we had refinanced ) showed as still outstanding during the title search. I only gave him a phone number and he worked it out! We were able to close on time and had all the needed documentation. I call that going above and beyond!!! I would recommend Rob hands down. Rob was my real estate attorney while purchasing my first home. I had many, many questions and he spent his time answering each of them (sometimes over an hour on the phone!) and making sure I understood everything. Our closing went seamlessly but the sellers rented back from us for a month before th...ey could move into their new home. Rob was quick to type up a contract which covered all of my requests, payment and security deposit. He continued answering my emails and phone calls even after he was paid and all contracts were drawn up. I was so fortunate to have him as my attorney and I would recommend him anyone and everyone.
