Lionel J Frank

Lionel J. Frank is a recognized and accomplished attorney who concentrates in commercial law, with particular emphasis on intellectual property, trademark, copyright and technology law, antitrust, unfair competition, corporate, franchise, real estate, lease, land use, zoning, litigation in federal and state courts, and alternative dispute resolution.

He is a former Deputy Attorney General with the Antitrust Section of the New Jersey Division of Criminal Justice, and past Chairman of the Special Committee On Antitrust Law of the New Jersey State Bar Association. He was special antitrust advisor to the State Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control for the deregulation of alcoholic beverages and the New Jersey Sports and Exposition Authority for competitive bidding practices. Lionel is active in the Computer and Internet Law, Intellectual Property, and Corporate and Business Law sections of the New Jersey State Bar Association.

In addition to his extensive experience in federal and state courts, Lionel has represented clients before numerous administrative agencies. He currently serves as a Federal Court Arbitrator for the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.

Lionel is active in his community. He is on the MIDJersey Chamber of Commerce board of directors.  He is a member of the Princeton Chamber of Commerce and of the Legislative/Public Policy Committees of both chambers. He has served as a member of the West Windsor Township Planning Board, and currently serves as a Member of the Board of Directors of the Princeton Oaks Homeowners Association. In 2012, Lionel obtained approval for the Stony Brook Millstone Watershed Association to construct a new, cutting-edge environmental center on its property in Hopewell Township. Lionel is co-founder of Friends of West Windsor Senior Citizens, Inc., a non-profit corporation formed to assist with the financial needs of the West Windsor Senior Resource Center.
