Bhaveen Ranjit Jani

Bhaveen R. Jani is an associate in the Personal Injury department. He concentrates his practice in the areas of motor vehicle personal injury, construction accidents, product defect cases and premises liability claims.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Jani was an Associate at Blank Rome LLP where he practiced in the consumer finance litigation group and litigated matters on behalf of mortgage servicers and lenders. Additionally, Mr. Jani has significant experience representing physicians, dentists, and hospitals in medical malpractice and other general liability matters. Through his years of experience, Mr. Jani has honed in his legal ability and can effectively represent victims of personal injury. Additionally, Mr. Jani is in a unique position because he is able to utilize his knowledge and experience as a defense attorney in his current role at the firm.

Mr. Jani is also a very active member of the community and the bar. He serves as President of the South Asian Bar Association of NJ (SABA-NJ). SABA-NJ’s membership is comprised of over 150 South Asian New Jersey attorneys. Mr. Jani is also a member of several other organizations including: the New Jersey State Bar Association (NJSBA); the New Jersey Association for Justice (NJAJ); and the Middlesex County Bar Association (MCBA).

Mr. Jani is a graduate of Villanova University School of Law and he is licensed to practice before the courts of New Jersey and New York
