Ben was admitted to the New Jersey and Pennsylvania Bars in 2008, the District of Columbia Bar in 2006, and the Maryland Bar in 2004. He earned his Juris Doctor from the Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law in 2004, and his Bachelor of Arts, with honors, from the University of Scranton in 1999.
