Given the role an attorney plays in real estate transactions, it's important that they be knowledgeable and experienced (moreso the latter in our opinion), as many 'hiccups' tend to pop up. Irene, as well as her para, Maria, were exactly that and more. They guided us thru the process addressing each... and every one of our concerns as well as steering the process thru its conclusion. Just as importantly, they communicated consistently from inception including following up with us after the fact. I highly recommend Irene and her staff!

Had to give many reminders, did not consistently read emails, often multitasking and unavailable. Actions not taken quickly. From poor document formatting to putting the incorrect name in signature blocks. I did not feel confident using Irene Clopton as attorney during such a large transaction like p...urchasing a home. She never even cared to say my name. Her team did a good job to assist however.
