Dont hire if your livihood depends on it. We hired them to remove traffic tickets or points. They dropped the ball. Sent personal summons/affidavit information to a non existence email. Called them out on their mistakes. Of course they back pedaled. Now we end up paying attorney fees plus tickets and... my favorite a warrent out for an arrest. Instead of tickets costing 200.00 we should of plead guilty and went on our merry way. It cost us 600.00 plus from this mishap.

After an extensive conversation with Gaurav Dave, and consulting with over 15 attorney's, he made me feel very comfortable and confident in his abilities to represent my daughter. And let me add he was affordable so I hired him. My daughter received a DUI the night of her birthday celebration and gr...aduated from college earlier that month. She never had any tickets and graduated on the Dean's list. Mr. Dave told us he would get her case reduced to 3 mths and all the tickets thrown out. He never called to discuss the discovery when received so I had to call him. His fee was the main focus. The day of court he sent an attorney we never met, who didn't review the case nor discovery to represent my daughter. Not to get into all the specifics I will just say I was extremely disappointed and felt I deserved all of my money back! I was very upset and disappointed because I was completely surprised the day of court. Not only when the acting attorney arrived but also with the instructions he was provided, without any previous discussion. This occurred approx. 1.5 mths ago and he has never called to rectify anything, even after being called by the acting attorney who expressed our major gripes. To sum it all up, NO I would not recommend Gaurav Dave.

Mr. Dave handled both these cases with extreme professionalism and we'd like to thank him for the superb results. From beginning to end he kept us up-to-date on all options and he explained them in as much detail as we needed. In the future, if attorney services are needed, we would not go to anyone ...else.
