I had 3 summons on my name of which Mr. Gaurav Dave got one of them dismissed right away that saved my licence from suspension! Lowered one of the charge and saved points on my driving record . Unfortunately I had a very bad experience with this office, even though I really had high hopes regarding their services; however I was truly disappointed. I received a speeding ticket as I was driving double the speed and hired the office of Dave to take care of this matter since this was my first o...ffence ever! I had nothing on my record. My husband consulted with Dave over the phone first then we decided to hire him for my case. (He sounded very knowledgeable, smart and knew what he was talking about in terms of penalties regarding my speeding ticket). This phone call was about 3 weeks before my court date. Until the day before the court date no one had called me to tell me any instructions or what to expect or even prepare me for what I'm up against... I called Dave's office and spoke to him personally, he reassured me that one of his associates (Kevin); will show up and be there with me in the court. First, I thought he'd handle my case personally; but he sent an associate. (Fine); at least send me an associate who would be able to handle my case knowing that the judge I'm facing is ONE OF THE MOST DIFFICULT and TOUGH judges in this court!!! Kevin completely left the ruling to the discretion of the judge! (He told me that while we did the briefing before we stand in front of the judge); we spoke for like 10 minutes, I explained what I did, where I was going and answered all his questions then he told me eventually I'll leave it to his discretion! When he could've argued so many different aspects of my case. So I ended up having 2 points on my license (which he suggested I'd go online and do a course to remove it), and second, I paid the fine and THIRD! I got my license SUSPENDED for TWENTY DAYS!!! I mean who takes away your license for a SPEEDING TICKET (FIRST OFFENCE)! I spoke to so many friends (In Law Enforcement); and every single one was shocked to hear my ruling. Now after all that, I still didn't hear from Dave's office on how to get back my license or any instructions from them! Kevin had notified me that within 1 week I'll get instructions in the mail on how to retrieve back the license but that never happened. So I called the office to find out and after juggling with his Administrative Assistant or Paralegal I'm not sure; she finally gave me Dave to speak to cause she had no idea what I was talking about and was going back and forth asking him (which is again, fine; but at least if she had called me and gave me those instructions I wouldn't had mind), I just needed feedback/response/communication from the lawyer who's representing me to get back to me and guides me through the process. If he couldn't make it himself to represent me in court, the least you could do is give your client a call (as a follow up call) to give them instructions on what to do next and how! I ended up applying for a NEW license even though I had just renewed it 2 weeks before it got suspended! I have no more words to say rather than, a speeding ticket might seem insignificant but the judge treated me as if it was DUI and Dave's office didn't take my case seriously at all.

This man is AWESOME! He is very professional, & up front. I was very satisfied with his services. I had gotten 2 (motor vehicle) tickets and a fine, Gaurav had gotten 1 ticket lower, & the other thrown out along with the fine with absolutely no points on my license. I would highly recommend his servi...ces to anyone in need! Not to mention he's very reasonable expense wise.
