NJ's Best SSDI Lawyer

Contacted Doug for my initial SSDI application. Although initially rejected he guided me through the reconsideration process and ultimately resulted in an award. I don't believe I would have had the same result if I tried to do this without him. Doug is super knowledgeable in this area and truly an e...xpert!

Great Experience

Efficient initial consultation, candid advice

I reached out to Douglas for guidance on behalf of my 64-year old father who is awaiting a heart transplant and no longer able to work. Douglas laid out the options available to my dad, and in particular, highlighted the pros and cons of applying for SSDI and early SS retirement benefits in tandem. D...ouglas helped us understand that for my dad, it made the most sense to simply apply for early SS retirement benefits and not SSDI since it would preserve my Dad's ability to work if and when he's feeling stronger again while still allowing him to obtain the majority of the benefit that's available to him in the near term. It was hugely helpful to understand these tradeoffs and nuances up front and we are grateful to Douglas for his candid advice.

SSDI Compassionate care fast tracked

Doug Greene succeeded in in getting my wife SSDI fast tracked on the first pass. He spent several hours with us in his office and afterwards on the phone. He was concerned, honest, diligent, and incredibly knowledgeable about all aspects of SSDI. He tracked the progress of the claim onine and monito...red the details as it progressed towards a positive resolution. I was very impressed with his genuine sincerity and forthright character.
