Clark Hill PLC is an entreprenurial client relationship driven firm.  I concentrate my practice on employment law for employers (companies) and commerical law.  Before joining Clark Hill I had my own law firm for 13 years and prior to that  I worked in large New Jersey law firms, a national employment law firm.  My big firm practice provided great experience and an opportunity to develop my legal skills.  My own practice helped me hone my client relationship skills.  I  concentrate on client service, tailor my services to individual clients' needs and afford my clients flexibilty.   My client model is centered on personal service and partnering with our clients to achieve their business objectives. 

I represent employers in all facets of labor and employment law.  I counsel clients on compliance with federal and state laws, offer training, perform investigations.  I help clients create policies and agreements to manage risk in a practial way.  When disputes arise, I represent clients before federal and state court and the civil rights and other regulatory agencies.
