Attorney Georgia Fraser has been practicing law in New Jersey for more than 18 years. She earned her J.D. from Villanova and joined the prestigious Princeton firm Mason, Griffin & Pierson, P.C. She then became a partner with a boutique matrimonial practice in Flemington, New Jersey. She has been involved in cases addressing complex custody and parenting time issues, such as interstate and international custody disputes. She has been successful under the Hague Convention in obtaining the return of children abducted to international locations or wrongfully retained in the United States. As a result she was invited to participate in the International Child Abduction Attorney Network and was in 2004 received an Award of Merit from the National Center of Missing and Exploited Children for her commitment to the protection of children and her knowledge of the Hague Convention.
Ms. Fraser has extensive experience in Family Law Appeals and was counsel on one of the leading palimony cases in New Jersey. She is a certified mediator and mediates cases involving all aspects of divorce and family law. She is also collaboratively trained and committed to helping achieve the best settlements possible. She is a pleasure to work with and is well respected in the legal community."
"Georgia is a knowledgeable advocate for her clients. She is also highly regarded as an effective mediator. She is compassionate, unbiased and fair in her approach to helping people resolve their differences outside the courtroom."
"I endorse this lawyer. I have had several matters with Ms. Fraser. Not only is Ms. Fraser a zealous advocate for her clients, but she is a collegiate and professional adversary. Ms. Fraser is extremely well versed in family law and while she is able to effectively litigate without question, she is amenable to reasonable settlement when possible. Ms. Fraser is a consummate professional."
"Georgia is a wonderful attorney: she is knowledgeable, compassionate, detail oriented, and truly looks out for her client's best interest. Georgia and I were recently opposing counsel - she was efficient and did not unnecessarily drag out the matter. I endorse this attorney."
"I fully endorse Georgia as a family law practitioner. She is a fierce but professional advocate on behalf of her clients."
"Georgia and I had an emotional and contentious matter together. She ensured that the settlement negotiations targeted only the relevant legal issues so that a fair agreement was reached. I highly recommend Ms. Fraser."
