After 42 years of loyal professional service with an institute of higher education, HR begain a deliberate attempt to make my working environment personally uncomfortable. My work performance as an Engineer has always been impeccable, so they needed to create false allegations of negative behavior in... order to try and build a case against me. I knew I was losing control of the situations when I was eventually put on an 18 probation followed by a 1 week suspension. I finally realized that everything was just a guise to try and get rid of me because of my age and high salary position.
