A proven strategic leader and business partner with more than 20 years experience delivering practical business solutions to complex legal issues.  Led geographically diverse in-house legal department as the Chief Legal Officer, General Counsel and Secretary to the Board of Directors, as well as the compliance, human resources, corporate IT and supply chain management departments of a $1.2 billion marketing communications company. Successfully completed a restructure of the entire capital structure of the Company reducing overall debt by 60% or $700 million and acquired, formed or divested companies in the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Mexico, India and Mauritius.  Successfully sold the company to a competitor through a Chapter 11 Section 363 transaction in January 2013. As the US General Counsel of a global marketing technology company and industry leader in incentive travel and corporate events, currently lead a geographically diverse legal group with a heavy focus on privacy, compliance, technology, intellectual property and overall strategic planning and execution for the company.
