I most fortunately found Jason through a referral site after unsuccessfully attempting to amicably resolve a traffic matter with my local municipality on my own. I was cited for speeding and was facing a points violation and motor vehicle surcharge in addition to the citation fee and a seemingly cert...ain raising of my car insurance premium. Jason guided me from a state of confusion and uncertainty to better understanding and appreciation of my rights and options in the judicial process. Thanks to his thorough foresight and sound advice my case was dismissed without prejudice due to state negligence. He spared me Nearly $400 in penalties and kept an incalculable amount of money off of my insurance coverage. It is also worth noting that I was very reluctant to consider counsel at all because of my simple current financial means and Jason was very accommodating and graceful about negotiating my retainer fee. It was money well spent and I'd be happy to do business (hopefully in a less stressful capacity) anytime in the future.
