I hired Mr. D'Aniello to defend my son on a DWI charge. My son and I found him to be a intuitive, passionate, persistent type of lawyer. He had a game plan that held up against the circumstances of this case. My son was charged with DWI, driving within a school zone, careless driving and 1 other add...itional ticket. His determination, in seeing that these charges against my son were valid, led to the judge suppressing some of the evidence. He was able to have the sentence reduced to a 3 month license suspension, for the DWI charge, and the fines totaling $639.00, to be paid over a 12 month period. The court also ordered that alcohol counseling be required. Mr. D'Aniello worked with me to afford a payment plan that we both agreed with. I find his lawyer skills to be tactful and I would strongly recommend him to anyone.

I was in deep trouble facing a 3rd dwi looking at 180days imprisonment, 10 years loss of license which was crazy for I am a 30 year old female with a whole life infront of her thats relies on my car to take me everywhere important. Wow. Where do I start? So i found this gem of a lawyer when my husband had his 2nd DUI. We had a rather complicated case as he is not yet a legal resident and this causes a whole nother set of issues. But he assured us, that he could possibly get the charge dismissed or go for a lower charge, and he ...assured me hed keep him out of jail. It was a very stressful time for us. Well, he actually got the charge DISMISSED! No DUI. He knows the ins and outs of all the laws im this area.
