Don't ever hire this lawyer , Nick Fausto was paid to write a complaint up for us. The truth of the matter is Nick cashed my check . But never did anything at all .The letter he was to write , he never did . There was never a complaint written . Nick told me he would need more money to have the compl...aint served . I paid once again but the complaint never existed . I cant even get my file back from Nicholas Fausto . People do your homework before you pay a lawyer .

First and foremost don't hire this attorney. I rarely post a review but felt the need to let people know the truth considering Nick never did anything I asked and cashed my retainer check literally 10 minutes after we first met. He never follows up on anything. Should be disbarred. NEVER trust an att...orney that doesn't have an office, meets you at an array of different places due to not having an office, and then tells you he can't afford a secretary so shares one with other fellow attorneys to split the costs. I can surely say, cashing a retainer check instead of depositing it and then telling your client you can't afford a secretary means one thing and one thing only- he's an attorney with money problems... RUN! As far as pleadings are concerned, I could format them better with my eyes closed than what Mr. Fausto puts together. Barely does any work and waits until the last minute to file things. It's a constant uphill battle that you will never win, so don't bother. Save yourself thousands of your hard earned dollars and hire someone else.

I hired Mr. Fausto in January 2015 to handle my divorce case. He never filed my paperwork with the County courthouse. I wasted a year being given the runaround, such as "Oh, the court is backed up. It'll take a while" to being downright ignored. He ignored email, ignored phone calls. Only after I con...tacted the courthouse in January 2016 did I find out he never filed any paperwork for me. Never did a thing except take my $2500.00 retainer. Now I have to find another lawyer to help me get my money back from this one.
