Biography
Ed Weinstock is Certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Criminal Trial Attorney. Mr. Weinstock has successfully represented the criminally accused in the New Jersey, New York, and federal courts, securing acquittals or dismissals for clients charged with murder, attempted murder, aggravated assault, aggravated sexual assault, carjacking, robbery, gun offenses, drug distribution, casino crimes, and much more.
His legal career began at the highly esteemed McCarter & English law firm in Newark, where he practiced until 2005. He went on to become an associate at Windels Marx Lane & Mittendorf in New York and Princeton until 2007.
He then served the role as assistant prosecutor at the Union County Prosecutor's Office until 2009, where he tried over 25 cases to verdict (both as a prosecutor and defense attorney).
In 2009, Ed and his wife joined forces and struck off on their own to start Weinstock & Associates, LLC, a criminal defense and general litigation practice located in Atlantic City, New Jersey.
