David's practice with the firm focuses on a number of areas, including Employment Law, Commercial Litigation, and Construction Litigation.
He has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in employment law and litigation and his credentials in this area include a special emphasis on the defense of municipalities.
Additionally, he is experienced in criminal defense, with extensive experience in DUI/DWI defense, as well as personal injury litigation.
David also frequently lectures on litigation and trial advocacy, including discovery and trial tactics, and most recently, on evidence and expert testimony.
David joined the firm as an associate in August 2006, after working as an attorney with the firm Monte & Rudolph in Sea Girt, New Jersey. Prior to that, David worked as an Assistant Public Defender in Jacksonville, Florida.
He is a member of the Atlantic County, New Jersey State and Florida Bar Associations.
