My Room mate and i ran into a problem with a townhouse we rented. The conditions were deplorable and we did not have use of the main floor of the townhouse which included the Kitchen, Dining Room and Living Room.. due to an unbearable cat urine odor. Victor negotiated hard for us and was able to reach a more than reasonalbe settlemetnt for me and my room mate.
