He returned my calls promptly, court appearances were conducted in a professional manner with respect for court personnel and his adversaries. HORRIBLE LAWYER!! Along with his helper, Kelly. They each lie and play "good cop"/"bad cop". #1 LIE:) The most upsetting (there were MANY) I was advised to take my ex-husband's offer (submitted to Nehmad from ex's lawyer, which I still have!!) for a decent amount of monthly payments for a 10 y...ear period. I never asked for Child Support because we were to share Custody, trying to make this horrible affair a little easier on my kids - letting them decide where and when they wanted to be (instead of forcing them to be with either of us over a Court Ruling.) The amount he offered and with me working, Nehmad and his helper SAID THIS SPOUSAL SUPPORT AMOUNT COULD NEVER BE CHANGED. They said that even if he lost his business THIS AMOUNT COULD NEVER BE CHANGED. They were each very nice to me and I believed all the lies they fed me!! When I started NOT RECEIVING ANY SPOUSAL SUPPORT and went into further debt doing my own Motions through the Court System (of course I had no attorney, Nehmad, of course, would want nothing to do with me after I confronted him with his MANY untruths) I found out that SPOUSAL SUPPORT is NEVER ENFORCED BY THE LAW!!!! This info., I now know, is all over the NJ Child Support website!! My children have SUFFERED GREATLY because of these 2 vicious, heartless people! ** 2) They also NEVER REQUESTED and LIFE INSURANCE from either of us parents FOR THE CHILDREN. What happens if my ex or I die? Are my kids supposed to pay out of their pocket for our funeral? They are only in HS. I'm told this is one of the first things a lawyer does! **3) Wanted a LARGE amount of money to change my last name. This is also standard divorce procedure in a divorce procedure I confirmed after consulting with NUMEROUS Divorce Attorneys. (Just know to ask your attorney (when I was forced to pay my attorneys for this Divorce having been a stay-at-home mom with no "outside" job-just working for our self-employed business-HAVING NO MONEY I NEEDED TO ASK FIRST) *** #3) Also didn't ensure the FUTURE for my children by getting a WILL by either parent. The 3 homes I left and got nothing (again, because my lawyers assured me this was a GOOD DEAL) These homes are being left to his girlfriend and her children!!!! My children will get NOTHING!!! I am told, by consulting other lawyers after the fact, that most of this is standard. I could list so many UNTRUTHS from Nehmad and so many more FAILURES that I advise to NEVER hire him for a Divorce!!!! Certainly contact me for proof of these things and MORE. Understand that this is not spiteful, only Helpful to those looking to hire an attorney and are looking for HONEST and HELPFUL and KNOWLEDGABLE advice. When going thru Divorce you need HONEST help - certainly NOT this attorney and what he and his partner advised me to do.****************really - who would walk away from a business(I helped start and solely supported us for over 1 yr), three homes AND ALL of the items listed RIGHT IN MY DIVORCE PAPERS, UNLESS someone advised me otherwise?????? ******** PLEASE CONTACT ME AND I ILL SHOW YOU ALL I HAVE!!!!!!
