I have been practicing law for more than 25 years. I practice out of the firm’s office in Linwood, New Jersey, and use my background in business and taxation to the benefit of both businesses and individuals. I help business clients in all aspects of planning, structure and operations including formation, complex tax matters, tax-free reorganizations, foreign business ventures, asset or equity sales and purchases, commercial relationships, real estate transactions, financings, and licensure.
