For more than 37 years, I have dedicated my efforts and the resources of my firm to protecting accident victims by obtaining the highest monetary recoveries, settlements, awards and verdicts, on behalf of our clients. I continue to believe that insurance claims adjusting experience is invaluable and I have intentionally recruited and developed a law firm 'team' that is staffed with former major liability insurance company claims processors, adjustors, supervisors, managers, and attorneys. Some of the insurance companies our firm has gained experience from include Allstate, Crawford and Company, Harleysville, Liberty Mutual, State Farm, Prudential, Keystone, and others that have developed into today's major insurance companies. I firmly believe this combined experience is a competitive advantage which has allowed our firm to successfully obtain verdicts and settlements for more than 11,000 clients.

History

Established in 1976.

Vincent Ciecka founded our personal injury law firm in 1976.  Vince had the firm centered in the first building, which has now grown to 3 buildings and a large parking lot adjacent to the beautiful Veterans Memorial Park on the corner of Merchantville and Westfield Avenues in Downtown Pennsauken Township. 

The firm has grown to four attorneys, two managers, namely Office Manager Joseph Dennin and supervisor and claims professional Robert Brown, and over 10 excellent support staff.  The law firm strives to be a pillar in the community and has launced, 4 years ago, a distracted driving public information campaign.  We offer and provide informative presentations to local high schools and entitities.  We offer other community sponsorships and participate actively in the local and national bar associations and trial lawyer groups.  

The law firm has always prided itself on providing professional service while at the same time establishing relationships with its clients and friends.
