George G. Horiates

I retained this attorney to handle a simple T.R.O. and custody/visitation conditions. He was terribly ineffective in court, did not fight for my parental rights, and now my soon--to be-ex has control and all the say, in all matters related to our child. I put out a lot of money, only to lose. If you ...are looking for an attorney that will fight for you, DO NOT use this attorney. I am terribly disgusted with this situation.

This Law Office was a very warm friendly atmosphere. I have used Mr. Horiates for a divorce, Municipal Court and the purchase of a home. His staff is wonderful and helpful when Mr. Horiates is in court. A very professional, but laid back office. You can trust them Also, his legal assistant Linda ...is the BEST!!!

After calling to arrange a consultation in May, I spoke with a paralegal named Linda. Not only did she belittle me in my difficult situation, she commented on my own personal life choices and degraded me. I got off the phone consultation extremely upset. I called back and spoke with Mr. Horiates a...bout my dissatisfaction with his staff and my decision to pursue my case with another lawyer due to his incompetent, poorly mannered staff.

George and his legal assitance (Linda) were very professiona and knew the divorce laws. My previous attorney did not take the time or worked on my case as digilently as George. My attorney worked on my divorce and marital issues for almost 11/2 year. I took my case after the divorce to George and we ...settled all of the outstanding issues is 2-3 months.
