Tamika Nicole Wyche

Law Offices of David Paul Daniels has been family owned and operated since 1979. Tamika N. Wyche, Esquire started in the family business in 1997 as a legal secretary and worked under the tutelage of her grandfather, David Paul Daniels, Esquire, until he passed on January 12, 2017.

Tamika has been a lifelong resident of South Jersey. A graduate of Highland High School, she went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Business at Rutgers University in Camden, New Jersey in 2000, a law degree from Widener University in Wilmington, Delaware in 2005, and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Trial Advocacy from Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 2012.

After graduation, Tamika went from serving the clients of the Law Offices of David Paul Daniels behind a desk straight into the courtroom. Since being in practice, Tamika has handled a wide variety of bankruptcy, personal injury, real estate, and family matters. She is licensed to practice in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania and has also been admitted to the bar of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the United States Supreme Court.

Tamika is an active member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys (NACBA) and was also acknowledged by South Jersey Legal Services in 2019 for the pro bono services she provides to residents of Southern New Jersey.
