Vincent Joseph Gaughan

Mr. Gaughan took my cash money as payment and I did not get a receipt until may of 2013 and hired him in October of 2012. He told me he could not give me a receipt because hes fax machine was not making copies the same happened with the contract. I had to ask him numerous times for the contract I s...igned and did not receive it until after my trial. My case was a DCPP case and he presented no mitigating circumstances on my behalf which led me to loose the case. We never discussed any stragity about how we would move forward in the case and he never had time for me. I would not recommended this bottom feeder to any one and would say stay as far away from this lawyer as possible. He was always late to court one time even 3 hours late.
