James Grace is a member in good standing in both the NJ and NY bars. James has been practicing since 2001 and received his law degree from Rutgers University in Camden, NJ. Before attending law school, James received an undergraduate degree from Richard Stockton College in NJ. James has had nearly fifteen years experience in Criminal, Family, Bankruptcy and Real Estate Law. James is a well respected member of the South Jersey legal community and has been extremely active in many community projects. Not only is James a founding member of Grace & Lenti, but the principle owner of James K. Grace, P. C. James has held different appointed positions and is a respected Public Defender in several different localities.

Very Poor Representation
A friend/colleague recommended James Grace as "knowledgeable" with my legal situation, but after little communication and apparently limited expertise, my case was sacrificed. I petitioned the Disciplinary Review Board of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for my fee reimbursement and won.
