My family has known Chandra Betner Gray since childhood—her grandparents were my Godparents, and my parents were close friends with hers. As my mother entered her eighties, she wanted to protect the legacy she and my father built. It meant so much for my mom to be able to work with someone sh...e knew and trusted. Chandra was the perfect person to handle my mother’s final affairs. From the very beginning, she approached everything with professionalism, patience, and compassion. She first met with my mom via Zoom, and once my mom felt comfortable, I drove her to the office. The office itself is warm, welcoming, and beautiful, and her entire team is professional and accommodating. Chandra gave my mom the reassurance that if she ever needed adjustments, she could reach back out—and she kept that promise. Even two years later, when my mom wanted to make changes, everything was arranged smoothly. At my mom’s age, not every day is easy, and sometimes appointments needed to be rescheduled. Chandra and her team handled it with grace, flexibility, and respect. What made this experience even more meaningful is knowing that Chandra is not only a trusted childhood friend, but also a God-fearing woman of her word. She provided the privacy and dignity my family needed while walking us through one of the most difficult parts of life. I am so thankful to God for Chandra Betner Gray and her team.
