Outstanding Representation

I found Katie at the recommendation of a highly esteemed collegue of hers. She was a true blessing. I was going through a traumatic, devastating and truly bizarre custody battle and from the moment I met her she was honest and told me that she agreed . She couldn't believe the injustice she was se...eing and would not stop until she got my son home. And she didn't. It was not an easy or quick process and she certainly did not do it for the money. She did what was just. My family will be forever indebted to her and her entire team who made us feel supported and truly cared for every step of the way. I cannot say enough good things about her. I only wish I had used her for my initial divorce. I will recommend her to anyone as long as I know they are looking for someone ethical and honest. She is both emphathetic and sharp as nails. AND we were closing our case as COVID-19 was shutting down the world. I honestly did not know there were lawyers like her in existence. This was as complicated a case as you can get.

The "family" in Stockton Family Law is real.

We were in a terrible way, our only son had passed away and our ex daughter in law remarried and didn't want us to see our only grandchild. The entire firm listened to us, gave us the facts and presented our case to the courts; keeping us in the loop with every development. It was a long tedious proc...ess , but the court ruled in our favor. We are of the belief that Kathleen made the difference and we are eternally grateful to her and the entire firm.

Katie is the best!

Katie was referred by a trusted lawyer friend of mine. I also heard about her great reputation. Having worked with her for years through a very difficult divorce and custody situation, I can say that I definitely made the right choice and highly recommend Katie to anyone having family issues.

Divorce, Custody n TRO

From the second I met her.. I simply felt safe! She's a smart, straight shooter, who doesn't try n give you false hope or make promises she can't keep. I came to her scared to death and afraid I was for sure going to lose custody of my only child as well as a facing a TRO based on untrue and inacc...urate facts. Now that she is representing me the fight to come is getting less and less terrifying as we take things in an organized, methodical manner.. one step at a time and prepare to fight the good fight. If you're looking for some back alley lawyer that'll fight dirty using lies and deception up win your case then she might not be the lawyer for you but if you trust in her.. Are honest from the start with her.. This woman will march through any trench side by side with you..
