Divorce, Custody n TRO

From the second I met her.. I simply felt safe! She's a smart, straight shooter, who doesn't try n give you false hope or make promises she can't keep. I came to her scared to death and afraid I was for sure going to lose custody of my only child as well as a facing a TRO based on untrue and inacc...urate facts. Now that she is representing me the fight to come is getting less and less terrifying as we take things in an organized, methodical manner.. one step at a time and prepare to fight the good fight. If you're looking for some back alley lawyer that'll fight dirty using lies and deception up win your case then she might not be the lawyer for you but if you trust in her.. Are honest from the start with her.. This woman will march through any trench side by side with you..

the best

i needed some help with post divorce issues, and I had bad experiences with my prior attorney. Ms. Stockton was very helpful, trustworthy and experienced. I can't say enough about the legal represetnation that I was given.

Worst Attorney Ever!

Katie was not prepared for any hearing. She did not prepare for the divorce hearing at all. I lost everything I put into my marriage. I cannot afford to get a place of my own and often have to sleep in a garage. Her forensic person was even worse. Completely unprofessional and not prepared. Stay away....

I pride myself on how each and every case is handled in my office, including assisting clients with the selection of qualified, well-respected experts. My clients are my highest priority. Would Never Recommend

Please do not use this attorney unless your case is very straightforward. She cannot handle difficult cases and was intimidated by my ex-husband. She has NO CONCEPT of verbal, emotional or financial abuse. She is on vacation at least once monthly and is very careless in her preparation. Several mista...kes were made in my divorce and I was left homeless and close to bankruptcy. If you have a high conflict divorce, please find someone who knows and understands what you need. Definitely not her.
