Since I was getting nowhere, I decided to turn this matter over to her and to my amazement, shortly after her letter was sent, I received a verbal reply, followed by a written offer for settlement. Lesson learned on the value of having a great attorney in my corner, I had Shannon review the terms of the settlement to insure I wasn’t agreeing to something I might regret in the future. Shannon’s revisions to the terms were accepted and few weeks later the issue was totally resolved. Shannon is not only an excellent attorney, she is also a genuinely kind and compassionate person. She really listens to her clients and offers fantastic advice. Finding an attorney with all of these traits is a rare and wonderful experience!
