Very disappointed
Although Ms. Hodges is pleasant and knowledgeable, she is definitely not responsive or adept at explaining the process to a client. Although I clearly expressed my concerns at her lack of communication, I was repeatedly "brushed off" with excuses. My situation required an aggressive legal advocate...
