Stephen Michael Geria

Mr. Geria focuses his practice in the areas of tax, corporate and business transactional law, mergers and acquisitions, estate planning and administration, and condominium and homeowner association law.

Prior to joining Parker McCay, Mr. Geria spent three years in the Philadelphia tax practice of Ernst & Young LLP, where he provided a variety of Federal, state, local and indirect tax compliance and consulting services to corporations, partnerships, and individuals. Mr. Geria was also a part-time staff member of the Philadelphia Eagles marketing department, working during games and special events at Lincoln Financial Field between 2002 and 2008.
