Beware of this firm. They charged excessive fees and they did not work on my behalf. In fact, I paid double what my ex-husband paid. They failed to demand complete discovery responses and actually told my ex-husband's lawyer that he only needed to produce income tax returns and social security stat...ements. Since they failed to obtain the proper discovery & told the court that the case was trial ready, I was left at a serious disadvantage. They also sent letters that I did not approve. This firm's philosophy and general practice is to bill excessively and to force their client's into a fast inequitable settlement.

What I find most impressive about Mr. Adinolfi is his presence in court and his ability to maintain such stoicism when addressing the Judge and opposing counsel. The extensive preparatory work I have experienced when meeting with him in his office pales in comparison to watching his courtroom execution of the law. The dichotomy between his ability to be passionate about the law but remain poised is again, without reproach. When I enter court with him, I am never nervous or concerned but I feel empowered in my ability to be an advocate for the well-being of my family. His calming presence seems always seems to transcend to me and I am able to remain articulate, comfortable and focused. My most poignant moment with Mr. Adinolfi came during my last court date when he argued against a temporary ruling that had been sent down by the presiding Judge. While some may choose to go with the order, he recognized that the ruling went against case law and came in with case notes and law books as evidence of such. It is moments like this time and time again that Mr. Adinolfi has proven his level of expertise in Family Law and has earned my unconditional admiration and respect.
