Michael James Confusione

With the epidemic of prosecutorial misconduct in NJ, and Judges abusing their powers and immunity, Mr. Confusione works hard to restore and protect the balance of the law, by his tremendous appellate skills and knowledge. I have never known another lawyer more prepared or focused on my issues of the... case. He has the ability to dissect a case like a skilled surgeon, and restore the balance of justice. Nothing seems to rattle this guy, or distract him from his goal at my Appellate hearing, which of course, makes him extremely tough to beat. I read my own transcripts while sitting in prison, looking at a 17 year bid. Mr. Confusione still knew every inch of my case like he was there.
