Michael James Confusione

Initially stated he could do the case, but was vague with what we had to " fight" with. So I paid a good amount of money to review case after he said what petitions he could file and requested a retainer. After expressing concerns in regards to retaining him and not knowing how he would approach the ...case, ie: what was our argument. He stated an entirely different view and said he doesn't think he should work on the case. And I'm unrealistic with outcomes for criminal cases. Just unethical to take and request more money and you don't see yourself as an attorney being successful. He stated " middle class" needs to be careful with money with criminal cases. I would not recommend him, I had multiple other concerns just to much to write. I never do reviews but hopefully this will save someone money and time.

With the epidemic of prosecutorial misconduct in NJ, and Judges abusing their powers and immunity, Mr. Confusione works hard to restore and protect the balance of the law, by his tremendous appellate skills and knowledge. I have never known another lawyer more prepared or focused on my issues of the... case. He has the ability to dissect a case like a skilled surgeon, and restore the balance of justice. Nothing seems to rattle this guy, or distract him from his goal at my Appellate hearing, which of course, makes him extremely tough to beat. I read my own transcripts while sitting in prison, looking at a 17 year bid. Mr. Confusione still knew every inch of my case like he was there. He won my appeal, and even after my release, he did not abandon me. Mr. Michael Confusione was consistently excellent and committed to my best interest. People like Mr. Confusione are world changers. He cares to make a difference and walks the walk of justice. I would recommend him to anyone. Thank You Mike !
