Jessica Carosiello

I bring a fiery energy, deep empathy and years of professional experience in family law to solve clients’ tough challenges and create positive solutions. Knowing my clients trust me not only with their lives, but with their family’s lives as well, is the main driving force behind what I do. It is not only about the legal issues, but it is helping my clients manage getting through some of the most difficult times of their lives.

Born and raised in New Jersey, I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in philosophy from The College of New Jersey, my Juris Doctorate from Rutgers Law School and I’m licensed to practice law throughout New Jersey. After graduating law school, I acted as a law clerk for the Honorable Steven F. Nemeth, J.S.C. of the Ocean County Superior Court of New Jersey. I later joined the family law firm Horn Law Group as an associate attorney, where I later became a partner before founding my private practice.

I’m also a dedicated and tireless advocate for the wellbeing of children. While attending law school, I worked at the Child Advocacy Clinic where I acted as a Law Guardian to children in the foster care system, represented children with disabilities, and represented children who sought asylum from the countries they were forced to flee.
