Eugene R Mariano

Mr. Mariano has extensive experience handling large, complex commercial and construction litigation matters. In his commercial and general business litigation practice, Mr. Mariano has represented businesses, business owners, title insurance companies, banks and individuals in cases (including class action matters) involving a wide range of disputes and issues. In his construction litigation practice, Mr. Mariano has represented owners, general contractors and subcontractors in cases involving demolition, general construction, site work projects, mold contamination/remediation, fire/smoke damage and design negligence.

Mr. Mariano has particular expertise in contract law, title insurance law and construction law, and significant experience handling matters involving the New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act and the federal Truth in Lending Act. He has participated in several large-scale arbitrations and mediations through the American Arbitration Association and FINRA (formerly the National Association of Stock Broker Dealers), has tried jury and non-jury matters in the New Jersey Superior Court and has appeared before the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division. 

From 1990 to 1993, Mr. Mariano held a management position at a major bank inPhiladelphia. He has been with Parker McCay since his graduation from law school in 1996. Mr. Mariano lives inHaddonfield,New Jersey.
