Beware of the fees and expenses. Through out the handling of the case, he refused to provide amount paid in expenses. At the end of the case, he surprised me with excessive expenses that were inflated and has not provided copies of the bills as requested. Excessive interest was charged on the tot...al expense pay out. The disbursement sheet contain numerous mathamatical errors, in his favor, of coarse. He failed to notify the lienholder of the Arbitration. He got a poor result on the Arbitration award and could care less. Instead, he decided to take extra money from my recovery to make up his loss. If your looking for a Competent lawyer to look after your interests, look elsewhere.
